These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Edgehealth website at edgeh.com and the services provided by Edgehealth ("Edgehealth", "we", "us"). By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Edgehealth operates an SMS messaging program. The following terms apply to that program.
We send account and service notifications, appointment confirmations and reminders, verification codes, and links related to scheduled sessions. Messages are sent only to recipients who have opted in as described below.
You may opt in by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, or by texting START to a number we provide. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Text STOP at any time to cancel. Text HELP for help.
You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending messages to that number. If you want to rejoin, reply START and messages will resume.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
The website, services, and all related content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Edgehealth or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
